Utility Allowance Schedules
Our Utility Allowance Schedules help determine the amount of assistance a tenant in the Housing Choice Voucher Program may need to cover utilities such as electricity, water, trash and sewer.
The schedules provide reasonable allowances based on actual rates and average use estimates as well as the type of rental unit.
Choose your schedule below based on the number of exposed walls in the unit.
